Solfeggio Frequency Singing & Piano [New Music]

Hi Reader,

A couple days ago I was listening to music at the 528 Hz solfeggio frequency.

It put me in an relaxed state and I naturally found myself singing along.

I hit record and captured whatever came out in the flow of the moment.

I'm a little shy to share this as it's raw and not "perfect" 🙈

I'm also excited to share it because it was a special moment of presence that brought me peace.

musings on self-doubt

I can often squash my own enthusiasm by overthinking.

I get the initial spark of childlike excitement and then a voice comes in and starts speaking of practicality, comparison, risk, and blah blah blah.

Before I know it, the excitement is gone and I do nothing.

Can you relate?

It can feel vulnerable to share my creations and dare to be seen.

What if I show myself and I'm rejected? 😩

I realize that the voice that whispers in my ear about risks is coming from a part of me that's attempting to protect me from being hurt.

I'm grateful for it's care and concern.

However, if I listen to it I'm rejecting myself (self-fulfilling prophecy 🤓).

redefining beliefs

I heard recently that "to be seen is to be loved".

Tender leaves sprouting above the ground are exposed to many potential risks, but they're also exposed to the Sun that fuels their growth ☀️🌱

Avoid the risk and you also avoid the nourishment.

I choose to believe that if I'm excited about something then it's valid and worthy of being heard.

My only job is to put it out there and trust that it will be delivered to the right people at the right time for reasons and outcomes unknown to me.

The biggest gift I can give is to share what brings me joy (however simple) because this excitement is a manifestation of my connection to the same source we're all connected to.

invitation to presence

This song took shape over a period of 3 weeks in October while I was staying at an intentional community in Portugal called Tamera.

Whenever I had a free moment I'd go play the piano.

I didn't concern myself with composing — only on being present with myself and the music.

Each time I sat down to play, it came through in a slightly different way.
