๐Ÿ”ด Recording "Take Flight" in the Studio

โ€‹

I'm really excited to share my latest composition "Take Flight" with you!

I'm grateful to the amazing team of artists I had the pleasure to work with bringing this piece to life.

๐ŸŽผ Dom Sewell did the orchestration/arranging.

As a comparison, take a listen to my original synth mockup and you'll hear the energy and excitement that Dom brought to the piece (download the score to follow along).

๐ŸŽบ๐ŸŽป Simon Passmore did the orchestral programming.

If you can believe it, none of the orchestral instruments are played by real players, it's all mocked up by Simon. ๐Ÿคฏ

You can learn more about this fascinating process by watching this interview.

๐ŸŽธ๐Ÿฅ๐ŸŽค Chris Rosser, River Guerguerian and Maggie Medlin contributed their instrumental/vocal talents in the studio. Below is a video showing the score along with footage from the recording session.

Solfeggio Frequency Singing & Piano [New Music] View on the web โ†’ Hi Reader, A couple days ago I was listening to music at the 528 Hz solfeggio frequency. It put me in an relaxed state and I naturally found myself singing along. I hit record and captured whatever came out in the flow of the moment. I'm a little shy to share this as it's raw and not "perfect" ๐Ÿ™ˆ I'm also excited to share it because it was a special moment of presence that brought me peace. ๐ŸŽง 528 Hz Inviting Miracles musings on...
